It's about that time
Today I drove to work and I saw it... slight at first... like maybe it wasn't there? I hope and prayed that I had imagined it.
But no. It was there.
The dreaded first snow.
It didn't snow long enough to leave a dusting, but it doesn't matter. We had the first snow-- the first major snowfall isn't far behind.
This means a whole load of crap is coming. Example: When I left work today (at a whopping 4:45 pm) it was DARK!??!
What the F()*#@!??!
It's the end of an era.
An era where I could sit on my patio, open the windows to let in a fresh breeze and drive without fear of flying around the road. And I could wear my cute ballet flats and my toes didn't hurt like a beyotch.
Tonight Tyler put the cover over our AC unit. *sob*
Dear God I'm not ready!!!!!
There is only one cure for this type of depression. I need to go look at all the fun Christmas stuff the stores are putting out. :)
This also cheers me up. Dang you Christy-- I'm a freakin' addict!

Hehe...I'm so happy to have created another Office addict. Although I'm pretty worried about the writers' strike. I've heard various rumors as to how the show could be affected by this, and one is that they only have the next two shows ready to air. Yikes!
This reminds me of a joke I heard the other day.... The North Dakotan says to the Californian:
"I couldn't live here. I would just miss the seasons too much. I like the seasons."
The Californian replies,
"Yeah me too. That's why I live somewhere that skips the shitty ones."
:)
So true, Adrienne.
