Forgive me
...but I have to brag and boast for just a moment. In 30 days I am going to be in Vegas, specifically at Mandalay Bay where the beach/pool area covers 11 acres (a wave pool, lazy river, three swimming pools and 2,700 tons of real sand.) Oh yeah!
It'll be me and my friend Spence, lounging the day away. If that wasn't good enough, we splurged on our own private gazebo. I booked it this morning!! The price was a bit steep, but I was told on the phone that besides having guaranteed space to call our own and a lock safe for purses etc the shade in Las Vegas is worth every penny.
I have been gazing at the online photos of our gazebo ever since... and I think I'm in love :)

So lucky, you're going to have so much fun!!! I'd almost trade Seattle for Vegas, until I remember that Teetz is in Seattle and then I'm okay with not having my own gazebo :)
Ah yes, very true. It seems wrong that I'm going all the way down to Vegas to drink and see Bette Midler (gay icon anyone) and no Teetzen in sight...
